After a year of transformation, Sprinklr’s sales team needed more than just another sales kickoff—they needed a moment to realign, recharge, and rally together. With new strategies in place and momentum building, the challenge was to create an experience that would not only inform but inspire. This was an opportunity to elevate SKO beyond a standard corporate event, turning it into a high-energy, immersive experience that would equip the team to perform at their best—both individually and as a collective force.

The Experience Breakdown

All the nitty gritty details

We developed the theme “Elevate”, a call to action for the Sprinklr sales team to rise to new heights. Over four days, we crafted a dynamic experience that blended inspiration, education, and celebration for 700 attendees from around the world. The agenda featured high-impact main stage content, interactive breakout sessions, QBRs, and sponsor-led happy hours. To bring the “Elevate” theme to life in the main conference space, we designed and built a custom stage that embodied upward movement and momentum. Speakers walked onto stage through our tunnel shaped like an upward arrow with two 30ft flanking LED screens. Versatile seating and lounge vignettes offered different ways for speakers to interact as well as the ability to walk into
the audience.

 

Beyond the conference room, we curated memorable experiences including off-site dinners and entertainment at Universal Studios CityWalk and Disney Springs. The event culminated in an awards dinner and ceremony followed by a “red carpet”-themed after-party.

Stage Process

From Renders to Reality

  • Initially created quick Illustrator mocks to sell concept to the client

  • Then took leading idea and built a 3D render

  • We then sent this render to our AV and fabrication partner, Legion, to ensure feasibility

  • After a 2-day install, our vision was brought to life

My Role

As creative lead, I worked closely with our designer, 3D artist, and fabrication partner to build our massive stage. Simultaneously, I directed the overall conference experience from brainstorming activities for attendees to designing signage to selecting furniture and decor for the space.
